Your "Letter of Interest" should be the first item filed. You will initiate the recruiting process with your "Letter of Interest" that you write to introduce yourself to the coach. Make a copy, date it, and put it in the university's file. After that, every time you write to the coach, you must make a copy of the correspondence, record the date . . .
