Cancellations - I left a message or email to cancel. Why did you charge me again?

Depending on how you cancelled would explain why your membership renewed.

There are cancellation instructions and a cancellation system on our site at... http://www.sportsscholarshippro.com/members/department59.cfm

The instructions say...

"DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL off into cyberspace asking for your membership to be cancelled for you! Due to the unreliable nature of email, we might never see your request."

If you cancelled on the site but the renewal still went through, there are a couple of reasons why it could happen...

1) IF you cancelled the AFTER it already renewed.

2) Or IF you changed STATUS from ACTIVE to CANCELLED and then use a scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll down and hit APPLY without noticing that the srolling action just set the status BACK to ACTIVE.
