Now, if you're ready to actually cancel your membership - let me tell you a couple of important things first - then we're off to the cancellation page okay?

Important Thing #1:  When you cancel your membership, you still have access to our members-only areas until the membership time is up.  You get the time you've already paid for. We don't believe in short-changing our members.

Important Thing #2:  When you actually cancel using the link below, you will be required to LOGIN first and provide the password for your username.  That's to prevent someone else from cancelling your membership without your knowledge.

Once you've logged in, just scroll down the page to where you see the STATUS line and change your status from ACTIVE to CANCELLED.  Then click OUTSIDE the selection box before you scroll to the bottom and click the SUBMIT button.

Cancellations...

Do not send an email off into cyberspace asking for your membership to be cancelled for you!   Due to the unreliable nature of email, we might never see your request.

Memberships can be cancelled immediately by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" link on the left side of any page on our site.  The Resources menu looks like this...

1. Once you click that link, scroll to the bottom of that informational page to "CLICK HERE TO ACCESS CANCELLATION PAGE." (At the bottom of this page.)
2. There, you will be asked to provide the password of the account being cancelled. This protects you from having someone else cancel your membership without your knowlege.
3. Once you enter your  password, you will be taken immediately to the "MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION" form that you completed when you joined.
4. To cancel, simply scroll to the bottom of the form and change the "Change Account Status" box to say "Cancel Membership," then click on the "APPLY CHANGES" button below the form.
